Welcome back to The Westport Club. We are gently awakening from our hibernation and as we do this, it is important to us that our members feel safe and comfy in our company. So, let’s talk about that word ‘comfy’! It’s exactly how we want you to feel when you visit us. Comfy in feeling welcome, connected and part of our great community. Life is great when you’re comfy!
With the easing of Government restrictions around social gatherings and the opening of clubs, restaurants and cafes, we are excited to welcome you back to socialise with us. When you visit you will notice some changes to the way we do things. We are committed to still providing you with a great experience…it will most certainly be comfy, as you can sit back, relax and enjoy life being great!
Below you’ll find the most current information on changes to service, safety and important membership information.
GREAT. SAFE. COMMUNITY.
We’ve always made the health and safety of our community a priority. It’s important to us that you feel safe when you visit the club, so we’re stepping it up even more. Let’s look after each other by continuing to adopt these healthy habits:
- 20 second soapy hand washing
- 1.5m physical distancing
- Use hand sanitising and wipe stations
- Cover your cough
- Stay at home if you feel unwell
- Tap and go payments in our cafes and restaurants
As one community, we will continue working together to create safe places to socialise and celebrate.
CLUB ENTRY REGISTRATION
As required by the Government, we will need to obtain your name, email address and phone number upon entry to the club. If we already have it, we still need to register these details and make sure your details are current.
RESTAURANT BOOKINGS ADVISED
With restrictions on capacity, we will do our best to manage the needs of our members. It is advised to book online or call to book if you wish to dine in our restaurants.

As of Monday 1 June 2020, club trading hours will revert to normal.
The Westport Club Trading Hours
Monday to Sunday 9am to 3am
For our members and team alike, our hibernation was unexpected. Our inability to continue to serve our members was unprecedented which resulted in us extending membership terms for all members by 4 months. It’s important to us that members retain their entire membership value.
What does this mean? This means the expiry date on your membership card will be incorrect and we need to issue all members with a new membership card displaying the correct date. Please see Reception on your next visit and we will issue you with a new membership card.
MEMBERS’ BIRTHDAY REWARDS
To those members who had a birthday during our hibernation, we wish you a ‘Happy Belated Birthday’. In celebration of your birthday, we have added your Members Birthday Dining Reward to the Rewards Kiosk. A great reason to come and celebrate with us, simply swipe your card at the Kiosk on your next visit to collect your voucher.
MEMBERS’ JACKPOT PROMOTION
Our Members’ Jackpot Promotion will remain paused at the current jackpot amount of $21,000. As soon as we are able to recommence this promotion we will advise members with appropriate notice.
CAR AND CASH PROMOTION
The Car and Cash promotion will also remain paused for now. Members’ with tickets in this promotion will be able to resume their participation in the promotion as soon as we are able to bring it back. Members will be advised of its return with a reasonable notice period before it commences.
BINGO AND CASH HOUSIE
For now, Bingo and Cash Housie still remain in hibernation. We are keen to get up and running again as soon as possible. Keep an eye on our website for updates and we look forward to bringing both these weekly events back to you soon.
