As a not-for-profit, member-based organisation,  Mingara Leisure Group fully supports the principles of providing a safe gambling offering for our members. We hold this moral position because it is the right thing to do, and we do not wish to benefit from any individual’s inability to self-manage their gambling habits.

Responsible Conduct of Gambling

We are committed to the responsible conduct of gambling, and have implemented a Responsible Conduct of Gambling policy as part of our responsible gambling toolkit.

Request your Player Activity Statement

You can request your Player Activity Statement online at any time. Please send us an email including your full name, membership number and phone number to to request your Player Activity Statement (PAS), and we will be in touch.

Voluntary Pre-Commitment Limits

Members of The Westport Club are able to set a weekly account limit via written request to the Club at their own discretion or in person via our friendly Welcome Desk team. The setting of a weekly amount limit may also include arrangements for the deactivation of the account card. If an account limit has been set, the player may alter the limit by written request to the Club. If the notice is to increase the weekly account limit, the increase will not take effect until 48 hours after the notice is given to the Club.
