ClubsNSW has partnered with well-known innovation company, Slingshot, to create the ClubsTHRIVE program. The Program has been designed to connect tech-based Startup businesses with entrepreneurs with ClubsNSW to identify ways to improve club operations and member engagement across clubs. It’s an exciting opportunity for the best Startups around who think they can enhance and provide solutions to some of the challenges felt by clubs. Solutions for long-term employment opportunities for young people in NSW, improvements to education, health and welfare of club members, protecting our kids, driving diversity and supporting those in the community doing it tough…the ideas for innovation are limitless and we are excited to see what opportunities are born from the ClubsTHRIVE Program.
Interested Startups will need to apply to the Program through a ‘Shark Tank’ style pitch session and if selected by ClubsNSW and Slingshot, will be granted up to $50,000 funding and support with a structured 12-week program to build their business idea. The Program support includes business modelling, traction and customer insights, branding and marketing, financial modelling, pitch coaching and raising capital.
The ClubsTHRIVE Program will also offer funding for community ventures and not-for-profits to support the growth of projects that directly impact members of the community.
